We are looking for an organized and reliable Secretary/Office Assistant to manage daily office tasks, support administrative operations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
1. Administrative & Office Support
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle basic customer inquiries.
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and office calendar.
- Prepare and organize documents, files, invoices, and reports.
- Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
- Coordinate deliveries, suppliers, and office maintenance requests.
- Greet visitors and provide general office assistance.
- Maintain office supplies and restock items when needed.
2. Office Management
- Keep the reception area and meeting room organized and presentable.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment (printer, copier, etc.).
- Assist with basic HR or accounting tasks as required.
- Support the manager in day-to-day operations.
3. Cleaning & Tidiness Duties (Light Cleaning Only)
- Keep the office clean and tidy at all times.
- Light cleaning tasks such as:
- Dusting surfaces
- Wiping desks and tables
- Keeping kitchen/pantry clean
- Emptying small trash bins
- Ensure a neat and professional environment for staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Female (Preferred) .
- Previous experience as a secretary, receptionist, or office assistant.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Positive attitude, polite, and professional behavior.
- Ability to handle light cleaning tasks.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and trustworthy

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
