Job Title: Secretary (Female)

Job Summary:

The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations, including communication handling, documentation, and coordination of schedules and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle office correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for management staff
  • Prepare, format, and file documents, reports, and letters
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and communication between departments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents, including typing and data entry
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Order and manage office supplies when required
  • Support HR or accounts team with basic administrative tasks if needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, presentable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
