About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to support daily business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, following up on action items, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
- Follow up with team members, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders on pending tasks and commitments.
- Prepare meeting agendas and maintain records of key discussions and action items.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and routine communications.
- Assist with travel arrangements and business logistics when required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Support the business owner with general administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups are tracked and completed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.
- Experience using productivity tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant administrative qualification.
- UAE experience preferred but not essential.
