Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily office and administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents required
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Handle document filing, and follow-ups
- Assist management with administrative support
- Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when needed
- Ensure proper communication and smooth office operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or related role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good typing and document preparation skills
- Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma is an advantage
