Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office and administrative tasks
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents required
  • Maintain and organize office files and records
  • Handle document filing, and follow-ups
  • Assist management with administrative support
  • Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when needed
  • Ensure proper communication and smooth office operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or related role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good typing and document preparation skills
  • Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • UAE experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma is an advantage
