Secretary / Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clerical and administrative tasks
  • Handle scheduling, documentation, and organised record keeping
  • Prepare and send professional emails to clients and suppliers
  • Coordinate with internal departments and management
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Maintain office files, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and company documents
  • Support basic social media updates and online communication when required


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, receptionist, customer service, office coordination, or secretary roles preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional email etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred
  • Transferable residency is preferred
  • Knowledge of signage, printing, or advertising industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
