Secretary cum Accounts

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash records.
  • Prepare invoices, LPOs, and quotations for clients/suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports and VAT compliance.
  • Manage office, answer phone calls, handle correspondence, and greet visitors.
  • Schedule meetings, manage agendas, and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Coordinate office supplies, courier services, and travel arrangements.
