We are looking for Secretary cum Accounts Assistant
Qualifications:
· Analytical thinker and problem solver.
· High level of accuracy.
· Good organizational & time management skills
· Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Able to handle calls and queries.
· Knowledge in office works.
· Administrative skills.
Job description:
· Validates all incoming and outgoing invoices.
· Accounts receivables & payables.
· Petty cash bills booking. Disbursement of petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation as per company expense reimbursement policy.
· Prepares and arrange invoices.
· Prepares the company’s daily, monthly and yearly report.
