Secretary cum Accounts Assistant

  • Handle office correspondence, emails, calls, and filing
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and reports
  • Maintain accounting records and data entry
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and management
  • Manage office schedules, documents, and appointments
  • Maintain records of tenancy contracts, renewals, and payments
  • Support daily administrative and accounting operations

Requiremnts

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration/accounts
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic accounting knowledge and bookkeeping skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
  • Preference for candidates with UAE experience
