We are seeking a well-organized and professional Receptionist / Secretary to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support to the team.

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms distribute email, letters
  • Support management and other staff with various tasks as needed
  • Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation across all phases
  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to control the flow of documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
