Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is urgently seeking a professional and experienced Female Secretary / Executive Assistant to support the Executive Office.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to CEO & Director
  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle executive communications and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic & physical)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support office operations, logistics, and procurement

Requirements

  • Arabic-speaking female candidates (Arab nationals preferred)
  • Proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles
  • Real estate experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Immediate availability is mandatory

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
