Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is urgently seeking a professional and experienced Female Secretary / Executive Assistant to support the Executive Office.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to CEO & Director
- Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle executive communications and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic & physical)
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support office operations, logistics, and procurement
Requirements
- Arabic-speaking female candidates (Arab nationals preferred)
- Proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles
- Real estate experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- CRM experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Immediate availability is mandatory
