Lighthouse will do its part in providing all necessary tools and training required to help team members be successful.
Responsibilities:
A. Under supervision, performs secretarial duties of a varied nature requiring some independent judgment and the application of agency policies and procedures.
B. Under supervision, may maintain and insure confidentiality of consumer records.
and/or
C. Under supervision, may perform technical work involved in the collection of charges for care and treatment of consumers.
and/or
D. Under supervision, performs receptionist duties including account receivable function.
Qualifications:
A. High School diploma or GED or any equivalent competency.
B. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
C. Knowledge of telephone procedures, of spelling, punctuation and grammar, of basic arithmetic, and of standard business letter forms.
D. General skill in operating office machines (typewriter, calculator, copy machines, etc.)
E. Considerable skill in dealing with the general public in various, and sometimes difficult situations while maintaining courtesy and diplomacy.
