Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs confidential secretarial duties for the Director of Food & Nutrition., maintains financial, deposits department monies, prepares monthly reports, answers and coordinates calls, schedules appointments.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in proper grammar, spelling, & ability to proof read post-graduate level documents
• Training in the operation of business technology & software (Computer, phones, etc)
• Interpersonal poise and dexterity
• One-year experience as a secretary/office manager or other applicable experience preferred
