Secretary / personal assistant

General secretarial skills for an office. We are a general contracting construction company that primarily handles insurance claims. I also will need this person to be my personal assistant handling running errands driving to appointments with me so I can work during windshield time. We use a basic CRM called Roofr to handle the customer and job data flow. Looking for somebody to assist me and get me going back dealing with clients getting contract signed and not doing the office work portion of my business. Need to be easy to along with no alcohol, drug, personal relationship problems and be on time and detail oriented. There is an opportunity also to grow with my company. It is small right now, but with the recent hail storms in the KC Metro, there will be a lot of work for the upcoming next couple years with the insurance claim work and we also do general contracting. I’m turning a new page in life just signed a lease on two offices suites you will have your own office. I am looking for a teammate that wants to build this up and make this opportunity something really great. Bonuses are available also based on performance. Opportunity for commissions on sales as well for contracting insurance and construction jobs which I can teach you how to do that. I’ve successfully dealt with thousands of insurance claims, worked hurricanes and traveled working hail storms with a team.
