JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and departmental requests
- Ensure adherence to deadlines by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain an updated log of pending and completed tasks
- Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes and recording minutes
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Address and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Serve as a central point of contact for inter-departmental communications.
- Collaborate with departments such as Technical Operation, procurement, finance, HR, and project management to ensure smooth workflows.
- Receive, assign and monitor clients requests and inquires received via different channels system; emails; phone calls, social media channels and walk-in customers.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, progress, and outcomes.
- Prepare periodic reports on task statuses, vendor performance, and process efficiency.
Minimum Educational Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or related industries.
- Fluent in and English and Arabic is mandatory.
