Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
- File and organize documents, both physical and digital, to maintain a well-structured filing system
- Transcribe meeting minutes, notes, and other important information accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide personal assistance to executives or managers as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors to ensure accuracy
- Utilize Google Suite applications to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document management and transcription
- Good proofreading skills to identify errors in documents before finalizing them
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for efficient document creation and collaboration
