Secretary/Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Secretary / Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry. The candidate should be capable of handling front desk responsibilities, administrative tasks, and basic coordination with site and office teams.

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Secretary / Receptionist (Construction field preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, presentable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • work related: 2 years (Required)
  • Document controller: 2 years (Required)
