Secretary/Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, visitors, and vendors professionally and create a welcoming environment
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Maintain an organized front office and workspace
  • Assist with basic office tasks, filing, paperwork, and data entry
  • Help keep track of office and inventory-related items as needed
  • Support team members with daily administrative and organizational tasks
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff to help resolve questions or concerns
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout daily operations

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and office skills
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Previous receptionist, office, or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
