We are looking to hire a professional and organized Legal Secretary to join our legal consultancy office. The candidate must have strong administrative skills, good communication abilities, and experience dealing with legal documents and court-related procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administrative and secretarial tasks.
Prepare, format, scan, print, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
Follow up on court files, legal notices, client documents, and case updates.
Use UAE court systems and online legal platforms when required.
Communicate professionally with clients in Arabic and English.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
Maintain proper filing systems for client files and legal documents.
Assist legal consultants and lawyers with daily tasks and case preparation.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant is preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE court systems and online portals.
Strong Arabic and English language skills, written and spoken.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Organized, professional, punctual, and able to handle confidential information.
Ability to work under pressure and follow deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Abu Dhabi courts, Dubai courts, MOHRE, notary, or legal filing systems.
Legal translation or drafting support experience is an advantage.
