Forum Social House is actively pursuing candidates to fill our Security Staff position. Forum Social House is a concept on Kemper property, on the 3rd floor of Lincoln Square, and includes 18 holes of upscale miniature golf, restaurant, two bars, banquet rooms for private events/dining, nightlife and a Topgolf Swing Suite with 4 Full Swing virtual golf simulators.

We are looking for the right individual to complete our extensively seasoned team of hospitality experts. The Security position requires advanced customer service and soft skills, over service and de-escalation training, a focus on enhanced spatial awareness, minor physical labor and ID compliance checks. The right individual will be self-regulating, thrive in a team atmosphere and ensure that the guest experience always comes first.

Requirements:

- experience preferred. willing to train

- background check clearance required

- physical labor including carrying, lifting and being on your feet for hours at a time

- team player with strong communication and guest service emphasis

- reliable transportation

- positive attitude

- 21+ candidates only due to alcohol service

Compensation and Schedule:

DOE: $20-$24
