At the Landmark Resort, our guests come to relax, celebrate, and make memories — and a big part of making that possible is knowing they're in a safe, well-managed environment. We're looking for a Security Officer who takes that responsibility seriously without losing the warmth that defines our team. If you're someone who commands respect naturally, stays sharp when others are winding down, and genuinely cares about the people around you — we want to talk.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• A calm, confident presence — you de-escalate situations without making guests feel unwelcome
• Strong observation skills and the ability to stay alert through an overnight shift
• Clear, professional communication with guests, staff, and outside agencies when needed
• Good judgment — you know when to handle something quietly and when to escalate
• Comfort working the overnight shift (11PM–7AM), including weekends and peak season
• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus, but not required
• A team-first mindset — security here is part of the guest experience, not separate from it
