Duties

• Monitor and respond to security alarm alerts across multiple systems, including CCTV and access control points
• Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity or security breaches
• Assess alarm situations quickly, determine appropriate response actions, and escalate incidents to law enforcement or emergency responders as needed
• Perform routine patrols of the premises to verify security integrity and prevent unauthorized access or theft
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions
• Maintain detailed incident logs, alarm response reports, and surveillance records for accountability and review
• Support loss prevention initiatives by identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing proactive measures

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security protocols
• Ability to respond swiftly and effectively during emergency situations or security breaches
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with emergency responders, team members, and visitors
