About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Analyst who will be responsible for performing application security assessments, reviewing and designing security controls, and providing approval/disapproval from a security architecture perspective. This role offers exposure to core Network Security Architecture, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to strengthen their expertise in this area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments of applications and related infrastructure.
• Review and design applications from a network security perspective.
• Approve or disapprove applications based on defined security guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications adhere to organizational security policies.
• Provide recommendations for improving security posture across applications and network layers.
• Stay updated with evolving security threats, technologies, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong working knowledge in network security technologies, including:
• VPN
• Firewall
• Load Balancer
• Reverse & Forward Proxy
• API Communication
• IPv4 & IPv6
• OSI Layers
• Basic knowledge of Application Architecture
• Hands-on understanding of application and infrastructure-level security risks.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA or CompTIA Security+ (Highly Preferred)
• CCNP / CISSP / CEH (Good to have)
• Knowledge of Risk Management frameworks (added advantage)
