Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have SPAC IPOs and De-SPAC M&A experience. Candidates with De-SPAC experience are highly preferred. If applicable, please provide a list of your accomplishments and experience in Capital Markets and M&A.

Pay: $114,244.95 - $150,000.00 per year
