Security Bouncer (Male)

Doorsec is seeking dedicated and responsible Bouncers to join our team. If you have a strong presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety, we’d love to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibilities will include.

• Entrance Management: ID checking and managing guest entry to ensure everyone meets the venue’s age and dress code requirements. Checking event-related tickets.
• Crowd Control: Monitor the crowd to prevent overcrowding and ensure safe behavior. Address any disruptive or unruly behavior promptly, safely and effectively.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes and conflicts between patrons calmly and professionally. De-escalate situations before they become problematic.
• Safety Enforcement: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including fire regulations and emergency procedures.
• Communication: Work closely with colleagues and other staff members to ensure smooth operation and maintain a positive atmosphere. Report any significant issues promptly to management.
• Incident Reporting: Report and document any incidents or breaches of policy that occur during your shift.

Bouncer Requirements:

• SIRA security training is favored.
• Height 182cm and above
• Weight 100-110kg and above
• Proven experience as a Bouncer or similar.
• Refined crowd management and problem-solving abilities.
• Unrivaled observational and conflict management skills.
• Capacity to be stern, as required.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Physically agile/Muscular physique with impeccable reflexes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
