Brief Job Description:

· Ensures that all security measures, procedures, and personnel are operating in compliance with standards and protocols.

· Verify that all security measures, procedures, and personnel

· Plan and execute scheduled and unannounced audits

· Lead focused compliance investigations on breaches

(e.g., unauthorized access, badge loss, CCTV misuse).

· Coordinate multidisciplinary audit teams.

· Document findings, issue corrective-action plans, and track closure.

· Analyses incident data for trends and recommend preventive measures.

· Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to security staff on quality standards.

· Prepare concise security-quality reports and KPI dashboards.

· Maintain a real-time incident dashboard showing trends in security breaches, response times, and audit scores.

· Deliver clear MS Outlook briefings and compile executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for leadership and accreditation bodies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
