Position Summary

The Security Contract Specialist will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing service contracts for security guard assignments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, client relations, and the security industry. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills to ensure both company compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate security service contracts and proposals.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and create customized service agreements.
• Support business development by identifying new contract opportunities.
• Track contract renewals and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure contract terms align with service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or business development, preferably within the security or staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, pricing, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management software is a plus.
