Duties

• Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, or emergencies by coordinating appropriate actions and notifying relevant authorities.
• Dispatch security personnel efficiently to incident sites or areas requiring assistance, ensuring swift response times.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication with team members, emergency responders, and management through radio or phone channels.
• Document all security activities, incidents, and observations thoroughly through detailed report writing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and calmly under pressure.
• Ability to write comprehensive reports accurately and efficiently following incidents or observations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of integrity.
