Security Doorman

Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Doorman to serve as the first line of defense in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for controlling access to the premises and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property. Your proactive approach and strong sense of responsibility will help foster a secure atmosphere while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• ID guests at door.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
• Perform conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed logs of all security activities, incidents

Qualifications

• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts.
• Effective communication skills for interacting professionally with staff, guests, and emergency responders.
