Security Field Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and vigilant Security Field Supervisors to direct and manage our on-site security operations with energy and precision. In this role, the Security Field Supervisors will oversee security personnel, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety protocols while maintaining compliance with safety standards. The role balances hands-on patrolling with administrative duties, including incident responses, shift scheduling, and staff training. These positions offer an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on organizational safety while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor security guards, ensuring compliance with post orders and company policies.
• Conduct routine walk-throughs and equipment checks to ensure physical security and safety standards are maintained.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, manage conflict situations with professionalism, and escalate issues as necessary to law enforcement or emergency responders.
• Manage shift rosters, cover absences, and approve time-keeping records for field personnel.
• Document incident reports and performance evaluations to submit to upper management.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately for future review and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

• Must have a flexible availability to better support operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Any degree is a plus!
• 3 to 5 years of relevant security experience, including time in supervisory roles.
• Valid security guard card, along with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Ability to stand, walk extensively during patrols, and always respond swiftly to emergencies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team with integrity and professionalism.
• Knowledge of aviation or LAX experience is a huge plus!!

Pay: $26.00 per hour
