Security / GRC Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Security / GRC Analyst to support SAP security operations, risk management activities, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control, SoD analysis, and security administration. This role involves monitoring access risks, supporting audit activities, and ensuring adherence to security policies and standards. Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) is required for communication with global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsabilities:

- Perform SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis to identify, track, and mitigate access risks.

- Administer and maintain SAP GRC Access Control modules, including Access Requests, Risk Analysis, and Emergency Access Management.

- Conduct periodic access reviews, user certifications, and compliance checks.

- Monitor security logs, GRC reports, and audit findings to proactively resolve potential issues.

- Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely submission of evidence and remediation actions.

- Assist in role design, user provisioning, and standardized security processes.

- Maintain accurate documentation of security procedures, configurations, and compliance reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce security policies and improve risk controls.

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control.

- Strong knowledge of SoD rulesets, risk analysis, and user access governance.

- Experience with SAP role design, user management, provisioning, and authorization troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with audit processes, compliance standards, and security reporting.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) — required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Security, GRC, CISA, Security+) are a plus.

- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

Rate: $18–25 USD/hour

Pay: ₹1,476.00 - ₹2,050.00 per hour
