Security Guard

Position Overview: The Residential Building Concierge/Watchman plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety, security, and overall satisfaction of residents within the building. This position requires a diligent individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring:
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of residents and property.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activity or breaches.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist residents with various tasks, such as receiving packages, arranging transportation, and coordinating maintenance requests.
• Building Maintenance:
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests and repairs.
• Emergency Response:
• Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Follow established protocols to promptly respond to emergencies, notify authorities if necessary, and assist residents as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, maintenance activities, and resident interactions.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting any incidents, observations, or noteworthy occurrences during shifts.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi/ (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in using security equipment and systems, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
