Security Guard

We are a Diamond & Gold Jewelry manufacturing company located in Dubai, looking for aSecurity Guard - Male. With 3 years of minimum experience preferably in the UAE

Job purpose

Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security. Physical responsibilities will include asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance, and more.

Duties and responsibilities

· Oversee a network of security guards who safeguard the company’s assets, intellectual property, computer systems, and the physical safety of employees and visitors.

· Identify protection goals, objectives, and metrics consistent with the corporate strategic plan.

· Work with other executives to prioritize security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and/or financial methodology.

· Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.

· Ensure that security standards are compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.

· Evaluate new information security technologies and new countermeasures against threats to information or privacy.

· Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks.

· Prepares and conducts training for new hires (Security Guard) and current staff including training on workplace searches procedures, and related safety and security topics.

• Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
• Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
• Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
• Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
• Where government projects are involved, serves as a liaison to government agencies concerning project security; assists with security clearance processing for employees working on government classified programs.
• Prepares report to be presented to the Management
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:

Being able to communicate in English, verbally, and written

Completed - 12th Grade

Should be in UAE

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately

With SIRA certificate preferred
