Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard with strong computer skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises while effectively utilizing technology to monitor and report incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure a safe environment.
• Operate surveillance equipment and maintain security logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, and investigate disturbances.
• Use computer systems for reporting incidents, managing visitor logs, and maintaining records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other staff in English and Hindi.
• Assist in training new security personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position.
• Proficient in using computers and MS software.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Valid security guard license and certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a corporate or commercial environment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and security protocols.
• Familiarity with fire safety and first aid measures.
