Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential hazards, security breaches, or safety violations.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting and record-keeping purposes.

Requirements

• This is entry level but we expect you to be trainable in our security protocols.
• Guard card not required, yet those with guard cards will receive pay raises commensurate with training.
• Strong understanding of conflict management strategies to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Ability to stay alert during long shifts while maintaining high levels of vigilance.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public.
