Security Guard
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe workplace by working with store management to control crowds, de-escalate confrontations with customers, handle disruptive customers.
- Monitor customer behavior and identify any suspicious behavior.
- Patrol assigned areas on foot to identify hazards, detect security violations, and ensure safe conditions.
- Work with law enforcement when needed.
- Access and review CCTV when necessary.
- Respond to incidents such as medical emergencies, shop lifting, ect.
- Conduct investigations and report all incidents/theft.
- Complete logs, reports, and documentation.
- Report suspicious activities, safety concerns, or incidents.
- Follow all safety rules, company policies, and site procedures.
- Other related duties may be assigned based on site needs.
