Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday (1:00 pm - 9:00pm) Working ALL Holidays that fall on this schedule.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including entry points, parking areas, and restricted zones
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate issues
• Perform first aid and CPR when necessary to provide immediate assistance in medical emergencies
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for record-keeping and analysis

Experience

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly preferred
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras and security monitoring tools
• Training in first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques is advantageous
• Background in military or security services can be beneficial but is not mandatory
• Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and security protocols
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and clear communication
