ROLE PURPOSE

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment across ROX UAE showrooms and facilities. You will play a key role in protecting company assets, ensuring the safety of employees, customers, visitors, vehicles, and property, while supporting a premium customer experience within a dynamic automotive environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor security equipment, alarms, and surveillance systems when applicable.
• Ensure proper vehicle movement control within showroom and designated parking areas.
• Monitor and secure showroom premises, company assets, vehicles, and facilities at all times.
• Greet and direct visitors, customers, suppliers, and contractors professionally when required.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitor logs, security reports, and daily security activities.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify safety, security, or operational concerns.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and security standards.
• Ensure fire exits, emergency equipment, and safety facilities remain accessible and operational.
• Control access to showroom facilities and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Coordinate with management, facilities, administration, and emergency services when necessary.
• Support showroom operations during customer events, vehicle launches, exhibitions, and special activities.
• Assist in implementing company security procedures, emergency response plans, and evacuation protocols.
• Report security incidents, suspicious activities, accidents, safety hazards, and breaches immediately.
• Respond professionally to emergencies, disturbances, medical incidents, and security-related situations.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent conduct while representing the company.
• Protect confidential company information and ensure the integrity of all organizational assets and facilities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve safety, security awareness, and operational protection measures across the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid SIRA Certification is preferred.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of performing routine patrols and security inspections.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and emergency situations.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems and security equipment is preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, problem-solving, and incident-reporting skills.
• Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and safety practices.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, visitors, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in security operations, facility protection, or customer-facing security roles is preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Security, Facility Protection, or a related role, preferably within automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or corporate environments.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Indoor and outdoor duties depending on operational requirements.
• Direct interaction with customers, visitors, employees, suppliers, and contractors.
• Continuous standing, walking, patrolling, and monitoring activities throughout working hours.
• Rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts as required by business operations.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
