Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of security experience, possess a valid SIRA certificate/license, and demonstrate strong observational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure security.
• Control access to the premises by verifying identification and authorizations.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain security logs.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role.
• Valid SIRA Certificate/License (mandatory).
• Willing to work and be assigned in Ajman.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act effectively during emergencies.
• Clean professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
