Position Overview

Landmark Food Center is currently seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Security Guards to join our team. We are hiring both Part-Time and Full-Time positions and are looking to fill openings immediately.

The Security Guard will be responsible for helping maintain a safe and secure environment for customers,employees, and company property at both Landmark Food Center locations in Flint, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store premises and parking areas to help maintain a safe environment. Observe and report suspicious activity, theft, safety hazards, or disturbances. Provide a visible security presence throughout the store. Assist management with incident documentation when necessary. Respond professionally to customer and employee concerns. Help enforce company policies and maintain order within the store. Communicate effectively with store management and local authorities when required. Perform routine patrols of the property during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous security, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred. Experience as an armed orunarmed security guard is welcomed. Strong observation and communication skills. Ability to remaincalm and professional in stressful situations. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required. Must be able to work at both Landmark Food Center locations in Flint, Michigan. Must be legally eligibleto work in the United States.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available. Various shifts may be available based on store needs. Must be flexible to work at either store location. Pay Range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experienceand qualifications.
