Security Guard, Cleaner

Job Description:

• SECURITY GUARD

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
• Must have SIRA Certificate
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
• Must have a valid Certificates issued by Security Industry Regulatory Agency (such as Basic Fire Safety Training, Basic Life Support Training, Training Awareness Course in dealing with People of Determination during Crisis, disasters and emergencies, and Security Guard Training Course).
• Must be presentable and with pleasing personality.
• Must need to be honest, physically fit and have observational, communication and decision-making skills.

MALE CLEANER/HELPER

Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure that trash bins are routinely monitored and not overflowing.
• Attends restrooms by cleaning and wiping down countertops, sink basins, mirrors and sanitizing toilet/urinals. Cleaning and maintenance of pantry and Refrigerator.
• Cleaning and wiping down doors and walls as necessary. Dusts furniture, walls, office machines and equipment.
• Cleans all floors in hallways, office areas, Clinic areas, and general work areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.
• Restocks supplies in restrooms, pantry, and common areas as necessary Requests needed supplies and equipment in a timely manner as to not hinder continued execution of job duties.
• Follows all safety procedures for use of chemical cleaners, disinfectants, and cleaning equipment.
• Performs other tasks related to the designated job as instructed by the management.
• Always maintain a positive attitude and professional relationship with staffs and clients.

Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications:

· Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

· Prioritization and time management skills.

· Working quickly without compromising quality.
