Security Guard Doorman

Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable Doorman security officer to join our team in a high energy environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, securte, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff. The dorman will be the first point of contact at the entrance, ensuring proper access control while providing excellent customer service.

Responsabilities:

• Monitor entrance and control guest access.
• Check IDs and enforce venue policies.
• Maintain order and prevent disturbances.
• Respond quickly to incidents or emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure safety of customers and staff al all times.

Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card (BSIS)
• Previous experience in nightclub, bar, or event secuirty preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• professional appearance and attitude.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $22.67 - $25.00 per hour
