Security Guard Supervisor

**Position Overview:**

As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee the security operations of our facility. You will manage the security team, develop security protocols, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining a safe environment for everyone on site. Candidate must be available to work graveyard shifts. A company vehicle is provided during your shift.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and train security personnel to ensure they follow established protocols.

- Monitor daily security operations to ensure compliance with company policies.

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.

- Respond to emergencies and incidents, and manage situations as they arise.

- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

- Patrol Visits at various locations

- Take shifts that need coverage

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in criminal justice or related field is preferred.

- Three years of proven experience in security management or a related field.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

- Knowledge of security systems and technology.

- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

- A clear DMV record in the past three years. No exceptions.

- Must be able to write and speak clearly

- Must work night shifts on weekends
