Security Industry Sales Representative

Location: San Dimas, CA

Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Expected First-Year Earnings: $60,000 - $75,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and grow existing accounts within the electronic security industry.

This role is ideal for candidates with B2B sales experience who enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers find effective security solutions.

No security industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
• Follow up on sales leads and quotations
• Work with security dealers, integrators, distributors, and end users
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
• Meet monthly and annual sales objectives
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with customers and prospects
• Ability to travel as needed
• Experience in B2B sales, technology, telecommunications, networking, or security is a plus
