- Diploma / Degree educated in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in same field
KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting continuous quality control inspections of all aspects of the facility, personnel, or operations that pertain to the security of the facility.
- Provide daily and weekly summary reports to the QHSE Manager and Senior Security Manager.
- Notifying Senior Security Manager promptly of any/all serious security concerns, or performance concerns noted by personal observations.
- Assist Senior Security Manager in conducting investigations into incidents that include any element that constitutes a breach of security.
- Conduct Quality Control inspections and contract standards that pertain to the security of the facility.
- Make frequent checks and reports on central control, all external gates, armed guard posts, and rover patrols. Report any violations that could affect facility security.
- Provide on the spot correction of minor security findings while ensuring that all findings are reported.
- Assist QHSE Manager as required.
- Any other duties as required by QHSE Manager or Senior Security Manager.
- Recommending corrective actions or best practices to enhance facility security systems, security operations and security practices.
- Provide assistance to third party inspectors/auditors conducting facility annual or formal inspections.
- Recommending Training Topics to the Training Department based on field observations of staff performance.
