1. Multi-Site Security Oversight: Provide overall direction and supervision of security operations across multiple client locations, ensuring consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Security Supervisors and the back-office security team, ensuring effective staffing, performance management, and professional development.
3. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on security matters, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service delivery meets contractual and operational expectations.
4. Security Strategy & Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce security strategies, policies, and protocols tailored to client needs and organizational goals.
5. Operational Coordination: Ensure that site supervisors manage day-to-day operations effectively, including staff scheduling, patrols, incident reporting, and system monitoring.
6. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments for each client site, identify vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
7. Incident & Emergency Response: Oversee incident response across sites, lead investigations into breaches, thefts, or safety concerns, and coordinate emergency response procedures.
8. Security Systems & Technology: Ensure proper functioning of security technologies such as CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other monitoring solutions across sites.
9. Training & Awareness: Organize training programs for supervisors and guards to enhance security awareness, crisis response, and compliance with client requirements.
10. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all operations comply with local laws, contractual obligations, and industry regulations while maintaining best practices in security management.
11. Vendor & Contractor Management: Collaborate with external security vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain and improve site security operations.
12. Budget & Resource Management: Prepare and manage budgets for multi-site security operations, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
13. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular reports to senior management and clients, detailing incident trends, risk assessments, staffing status, and overall security performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
