About the Role

We are seeking 7 years experienced Security Manager to oversee all security operations in accordance with the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) standards of Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of UAE security regulations, and a proven ability to manage teams, incidents, and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with SIRA rules, regulations, and operational standards across the facility.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and SOPs as per SIRA requirements.
• Lead and supervise security teams including supervisors, security guards, and control room staff.
• Manage daily security operations, including patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, site surveys, and security audits.
• Prepare incident, investigation, and compliance reports for management and SIRA when required.
• Coordinate with Dubai Police, Civil Defense, and other government authorities during emergencies or inspections.
• Oversee training programs ensuring all security staff maintain valid SIRA certifications.
• Handle emergency response planning, evacuation drills, and crisis management procedures.
• Monitor and maintain functionality of all security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, fire safety systems).
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and registers as mandated by SIRA.
• Support corporate management with security-related planning, budgeting, and administrative work.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory: SIRA-approved Security Manager Certificate (or ability to obtain approval).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in security management in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE security laws, SIRA guidelines, and industry standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing multicultural security teams.
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong reporting, documentation, and incident-handling skills.
• Experience liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Proficiency in using security systems, control room technology, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle emergencies, and make quick decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Certified in emergency response, first aid, crisis management, or fire safety.
• Experience in high-risk, VIP, hospitality, retail, industrial, or residential environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 18788, OSHAD, or other international security standards.
