Security Officer

Due to rapid and continuous growth, First Protection Services has an immediate full-time position available for Security Officers in Maine. OPEN POSITION LISTED BELOW:

Overnights from 10:00 P.M to 6:00 A.M Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturdays off)

Overnights from 10:00 P.M to 6:00 A.M Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Eligible to carry firearm.
• Continuous observation.
• Complete daily activity reports.
• Pay great attention to detail and possess the ability to execute good judgment in difficult and/or emergency situations.
• Maintain the highest standards at all sites.
• Create incident reports and notify the appropriate personnel in the event of an accident or emergency.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements prior to applying:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to pass a background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background check, drug test, interview, and professional reference check.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable serving the public.
• Must have reliable transportation and reliable means of communication.
• Demonstrate a stable work history.
