Spartan Security Group LLC is currently seeking professional, dependable Unarmed Security Officers for graveyard (overnight) shifts at a standing post in the Portland, Oregon area. Position Details

• Shift: Graveyard / Overnight
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Post Type: Standing post
• Pay Rate: $19-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Location: Portland, OR

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times
• Monitor assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
• Control access to the property in accordance with post orders
• Conduct routine patrols and remain alert during overnight hours
• Accurately document incidents, observations, and activities
• Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and site contacts
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and unusual situations

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon DPSST Unarmed Security Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Must pass a background check

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Experience working graveyard or overnight shifts
