Duties

• Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or breaches.
• Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR if needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or security incidents.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, ensuring safety for all parties involved.
• Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and access records to ensure accountability.

Skills

• Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques.
• Certification or experience in first aid and CPR to handle medical emergencies confidently.
• Background in law enforcement, military, or security roles that enhances situational awareness.
• Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
