Job Title: Security Operations Coordinator
Location: El Cajon, CA (Office-based with occasional field communication)
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Reports To: Operations Manager / Company Owner
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, sharp, and proactive Security Operations Coordinator to act as the backbone of our daily business operations. This hybrid position blends office administration with field operational support. You will be responsible for building guard schedules, coordinating payroll data, managing personnel staffing, and providing direct administrative backing to our field Captains and Lieutenants. The ideal candidate understands the security industry, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

Hospitality & Client Relations: Deliver a boutique, high-touch customer service experience to clients, property managers, tenants, residents, and visitors. Build and maintain positive professional relationships through prompt communication, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up. Assist ownership and field leadership with client requests, service enhancements, special projects, and issue resolution while ensuring all interactions reflect the professionalism and responsiveness expected of Security First. Support client retention efforts by helping create a consistently exceptional service experience.
Additional Qualifications & Skills
Customer Service Mindset: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a hospitality-focused approach. Experience in concierge services, hospitality, luxury residential, property management, hotel operations, or high-end client-facing environments is highly desirable. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, executives, property managers, tenants, and field personnel.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
